Business Setup Advisor

ARKAD MANAGEMENT DMCC, an international management consulting company with an office in Dubai (UAE), is searching for a qualified Business Setup Advisor to help our clients reform their operations and support their business.

The salary and bonuses for the trial period and after will be discussed during the interview.

Responsibilities

Meetings with clients and performing an initial assessment of a business case.
Formulating recommendations and solutions with attention to a client’s wishes, capabilities and limitations.
Performing a wide range of tasks related to business setup in the UAE (company formation, office solutions, residency, insurance, bank account opening, etc.), including communication with the relevant authorities & organizations.
Performing research, analysis, and interpretation of data to support projects and assist in decision making.
Ensuring the client receives the necessary assistance to carry out their desired business.
Completing all another administration duties associated with the role as required.

المهارات
Requirements

Minimum 1-year proven experience in business setup/company formation is MANDATORY.
Perfect verbal and written Russian language skills - A MUST REQUIREMENT.
Knowledge of UAE Mainland & Freezones business setup and continuation rules - A MUST REQUIREMENT.
Ability to deal with governmental sectors and finishing paperwork and documentations.
Analytical mind with excellent data collection and analysis skills.
High level of independence, responsibility and organization.
Perfect verbal and written English skills.
Currently based in Dubai, UAE.
Local bank accounts opening experience is a plus.
