We are looking for an HR Administrator with excellent communication and organizational skills. In this role, you will process employee data for
• Payroll functions, update company policies and assist with hiring processes (Recruitment).
• This position requires solid administrative skills (such as Visa
• Processing, Medical, Vehicle Insurance Processing, etc.) And familiarity with HR functions.
• Work Location: Dubai (DIP 2)
Requirements:
• Must have excellent communication skills in English
• Must and should speak Hindi
• Minimum 3+ Yrs. of Experience in HR Operations, Payroll, recruitments, and administration work – Medical Insurance, Vehicle Insurance etc.
• Must have good experience with MS. Excel
• Immediate joining preferred
• Proven experience in an HR role.
• Sound knowledge of labor laws and practices.
• Must be approachable and helpful.
Responsibilities:
• Gather payroll data like bank accounts and working days
• Setting up interviews and corresponding with prospective employees in a timely manner.
• Prepare reports and presentations on HR-related metrics like the total number of hires by department
• Respond to employees’ questions about benefits (for example, the number of vacation days they’re eligible for)
• Processing internal arrangements such as travel, training sessions, and team-building events.
