Responsible for the preparation of architectural designs and drawings using AutoCAD, and ensuring that design drawings conform to specifications provided.
To liaise with Project Managers for design issues like Placement of equipment’s, electromechanical requirements, etc.
To co-ordinate with Client’s/Consultant Engineers for any discrepancies between furniture/actual project and architectural/MEP drawings.
Understand properly Client/consultant requirements, for flawless submission in time.
Produce CAD. Deploying CAD Standards.
Preparing detailed sections and elevations.
Supporting and troubleshooting CAD issues in drafting and plotting of various disciplines.
Drafting of engineering drawings using various versions of AutoCAD 2009 – 2014 and Revit.
Managing Electronic copies of different Projects with proper revisions.
Preparing pre installation drawings as per material submittal.
Plant room design and pre installation drawing.
Work under the supervision of engineers or architects

BSc in Engineering, Architecture
Minimum 2 years of experience in same field
Fluent in English and Tagalog
