الوصف الوظيفي Overview of the role • To support the assigned Branch in achieving the daily and monthly objectives through sales support and stock management activities and assist the sales department in document management, timely vehicle arrangement and day to day transactions management with the help of his team to customers. What you will do • Prepares and verifies deal Packs for invoicing and delivery • Financial document creation for bank deals and scan deal pack to accountant • Validate customer docs for delivery • Preparation, display and tracking of Goshi, demo and marketing units • Arrange display and ensure all display units have correct spec sheets • Various activities related to the new car units in the dealership (physical verification of stock) • Management of aged stock vehicles at branch level • Arranging vehicle sanitation • Manage other adhoc activities related to the sales function including but not limited to • Manage demo units (fueling, registration, de registration, salik) • Vehicle inspection and damage repair in coordination with orient • Weekly sanitation log report • Arrange hayaza (transfer certificate) المهارات 1.- Customer management 2.- Strong communication skills 3.- Well organized and able to multi-task and handle multiple stakeholder requirements 4.- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and SAP) What equips you for the role • High School Diploma • 2 years’ experience in a similar role • Proficient in SAP • MS Office - especially MS Excel • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Efficient co-ordination in respect of the day to day activities of a retail operation • Customer orientated, with decision making and problem-solving abilities تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/uae/jobs/branch-sales-support-executive-4510946/ |
