Position Summary
The successful applicant be will In-charge of warranty operations for assigned countries
Role and Responsibilities
* Monthly Warranty Claims Management and validation * Control all warranty claims and warranty provision * Conduct monthly closing task and adjust AR/AP with Partner * Maintain Service Pack/ Special service agreements with customers * Prepare service cost & margin structure pricing table for Service Pack * Sales & Marketing of Service Pack
Skills and Qualifications
Qualifications & Experience
