Management Consultant / Trainer
25 Apr, 2022 The right candidate should be able to deliver interpersonal and communication skills training courses. Additionally, the ability to deliver training in any of the following specialized areas will be a plus: leadership and management, project management, quality, contracts management, sales and marketing, human resources, customer service, or supply chain. The applicant must have: * A Master’s degree in business administration or any of the above-mentioned areas * A minimum of 5-10 years of field experience * A minimum of 3 years of experience in delivering training courses * Proficiency in English and Arabic (native language) * Ability to travel mainly within the Middle East, with possible trips to Africa and Europe The selected applicant will be based in Dubai. Meirc offers an attractive Dubai-based salary and a package that includes allowances for housing, children’s schooling, and family insurance, complemented by a lucrative annual bonus. In addition, Consultants are eligible for profit-sharing partnership in a few years based on a number of criteria consisting of loyalty to the firm, above-average performance, and fit within the Meirc team.
