الوصف الوظيفي *Job Description * As a Senior Systems Engineer you will provide pre-sales support of Keysight’s Network Wireless Solutions with focus on Service Provider business. You are responsible for providing technical support during presale, deployment and post sales phases and for the development of professional relationships with key customers, support and management of sales channel partners currently engaged with key customers within the whole META region. Among other tasks, you are specifically focused on the following: * * Effectively work jointly with the Regional Sales Managers to Architect the solution (create Bill of Materials) and ensure that it best leverages NWS feature sets and fits into the overall Client architecture and requirements. * Assisting channel partners to identify, qualify and close pre-sales opportunities * Providing thought leadership and working closely with the Regional Sales Manager to coordinate efforts between partners, customer and Keysight * Understanding customer pain points and projects and effectively positioning Keysight NWS to solve those problems * Preparation of test solutions prior to on-site demonstration, evaluation and POC’s with focus on ALL Keysight 5G and Wireless solutions (virtual and hardware based) such as used in various network designs like RAN, ORAN, 5G,4G.. etc * Planning and conducting onsite and web presentations, demonstrations and proof-of-concepts * Recognized as technical point of contact and technology/market expert by customer * Assist the sales team in executing sales strategies through pre-sales support * Regular customer visits and discovery across the wider META region * Deliveringon-site demonstration, evaluation and POC’s, helping with automating these solutions and occasionally executing Professional Services tasks, as well as answering complex RFI’s and RFQ’s and establish BoM * Acting as Trusted Advisor for customers, designing Test Plans, PoC-plans, for execute related evaluations and assessments * A place within an exciting company! For these reasons, our diversity practices extend across every phase of the recruitment process. * The successful candidate will be a skilled engineer that can assess customer needs and facilitate solutions unique to their business. * Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Computer Engineering/Electrical Engineering (Telecom, Computer Science, or similar) * 7 + years of customer-facing pre-sales experience or equivalent * Hands-on Experience in Drive test solutions and Analytics * Extensive knowledge about RF Planning and Optimization for 2G-5G * Technically competent in multiple relevant areas of technology such as; 2G-5G related knowledge from RAN to ORAN, Cloud including RF and ETSI/3GPP Knowledge. * Knowledge of competitive Solutions products and technologies such as Nemo, TEMS, ROMES, as well as solutions from Drive testing Analytics and Automation covering the whole 2G-5G world. * Programming skills using Python, Pearl. * Computer networking skills and Network IP Fundamental * Practical trouble-shooter of complex technical problems * Fluent in English and Arabic is mandatory. https://www.bayt.com/ar/uae/jobs/solutions-engineer-consulting-64824344/ |
