Receivables Accountant

Currently hiring for Female Receivables Accountant who is willing to relocate in Abu Dhabi.
Key skills required:
• Minimum qualification of bachelor’s in commerce/accounting.
• Must have prior experience of at least 3-4 years in handling accounts receivables full function from invoicing stage till reconciling customer accounts, receiving payments and closing invoices in the system.
• Must have knowledge of basic accounting in terms collecting, identifying, classifying and correctly booking/recording of accounting transactions in ERP, especially for receivables.
• Must have analytical and excel skills, especially in V/H lookups, pivot table, charts and data tools and must be fluently able to apply these excel techniques in reconciling receivable account and preparing summary reports.
• Must have hands on experience in reputable ERP systems, preferably “Focus ERP/Conventional”.
• Must have good interpersonal and communication skills to effectively communicate with customers over phone and emails to discuss, negotiate and enforce settlement of receivables as per credit terms.
