Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• At least 3 years’ experience in Customer Service.
• Excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
• Provide help and advice to customers about products and services.
• Communicate courteously with customers by telephone, email, letter, and face to face.
• Investigate and solve customers’ problems whilst working closely with the Team Leader.
• Responsible to keep accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers.
• Learn about the organization’s products, promotions, or services and keeps up to date with changes.
• Responsible for collecting money paid by clients and updating the money collection schedule.
• Coordinate for clients’ appointments.
