We are hiring a Sales Director Arabic Speaker for a well-established Real Estate entity in Dubai.
Requirement:
• Up to 10 years’ experience in real estate sales and marketing of which 5 years must be selling off-plan properties in UAE.
• Must have vision and drive to achieve results.
• Fully operational in on line and off line lead generation techniques, personal selling and identifying and motivating own broker network and sales team.
• Marketing and media strategy capability
• Fluent Arabic and English
Responsibilities:
• The Sales Director will be responsible for developing their own strategy and designing the business plan with the different elements to achieve profitability.
• Creating online and off-line marketing strategies to generate leads, (attracting customers)
• Putting in place a plan to convert leads, (Sales funnel management)
• Designing a customer service experience to maximize the “Sales through service” element.
• Determines annual units and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies, and analyzing trends and results.
• Manage the strategy by recruiting and developing a broker network and own sales team.
• Identify the proper brokers in the GCC and his own salesforce
• Develop and implement a proper induction plan for a new joiners. (Brokers and own team members)
• Monitor the online marketing plan and its implementation.
• Set the right example by participating in selling efforts
• Set, monitor, and drive activities (sales KPI’s) to achieve sales targets in a healthy motivating environment for both brokers and their own sales team.
• Manage communication and share best practices among network and own sales team members.
