We are currently recruiting for a Business Development Executive for our delivery business. In this role, you will be required to support the commercial growth of the fleet leasing business by bringing new clients (who require leased vehicles) on board whilst managing multiple relationships internally and externally.
Role:
• Identify and develop new client base ( clients that require leased vehicles)
• Achieve targeted sales volume in the given area of responsibility as per the business plan.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal.
• Finding new sales opportunities by contacting prospective clients (who require leased vehicles) via telephone, cold call, premise visits, networking, and industry events.
• Ensure compliance to the approved pricelist and ensure profitability for all sales achieved.
• Design, develop, and deliver sales proposals and presentations on products and their features.
• Provide professional support to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Develop strong presence of the organization within fleet solutions industry in UAE.
• Evaluate sales successes and failures to optimize efforts and identify issues.
• Ensure 100 % retention of clients.
• Performance reporting.
You should have:
• Experience in fleet solutions sales (with clients that require leased vehicles) either B2B or Business Development.
• Must have an existing customer base in the UAE market i.e. SMEs, MNCs & government entities.
• Has commercial awareness about fleet solutions industry, products & services and negotiation skills.
• Valid UAE driving license is a must!
What Equips You for the Role?
• Possess a Bachelor’s Degree.
• At least 3 years of experience in fleet solutions sales.
• Has the ability to efficiently handle clients account and coordination.
• Overall professional and positive attitude is a must.
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory for this role.
