Sale Engineer
Job Description:
• Sales experience / knowledge on ELV SYSTEM, SMATV, IPTV & Signage solutions
• Process orders including final costing, supplier orders and coordinate with logistics and the technical team on issues relating to delivery, installation and project completions, Collections realizations.
• Meet customers, introduce products and services
• Prepare proposals and quotations
• Assist in the preparation and submission of tenders
• Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
• Should be able to handle pressure situations and over perform to achieve the SALES TARGET
• Excellent sales service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout
• Regularly follow up with customers to convert proposals to orders
• Meet customers to address any issues related to delivery and installation
• Ensure customer satisfaction is achieved through timely projects completion, professionalism and efficiency
• Prepare internal weekly reports, forecasting and other routine reports on a timely basis and as requested from time to time by Sales Manager / Branch Manager / Divisional Head
• Ensure good relations are maintained with customers, suppliers and all members of staff at all levels
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Must have relevant UAE Sales Experience
• Must have UAE Driving License
