Job Purpose:
• Lead and support any project as per management directives. Core Responsibilities
• Deal with technical inquiries from customers to colleagues whether in the capacity of your own knowledge or by assisting experts in providing the clarification.
• Possess the ability to lead, motivate develop and train the whole service team in achieving the goals.
• Responsible to keep spirits high, recognize and reward hard work, talent and success.
• Introduce various motivation concepts to increase labour efficiency.
• Suggest ways to improve Service Quality and to drive cost down.
• Budget and Manpower forecasting support
• Lead a team on any repair/assemble parts list quotation of MTU and Volvo Penta products either inhouse or at field service as and/ if required.
• Check installation of MTU products, setting to work and commission if MTU products together with customer representatives according to MTU standard and policies.
• Assist in ensuring quality control and order in work process in workshop and field regarding to time-to-time management, attire of service staff and communication with customer (representatives) Upkeep the cleanliness of workplace inhouse and on site.
• Monitor that MTU and VP service standards are followed at all times
• Evaluate and analyze team skill gap analyses then prepare and excite a training plan for all technical staff
• Maintain KPI’s and Prepare reports as per required by the Management
• Team efforts as needed; Timeliness of deliveries
• Statutory duty to take care for the Health & Safety of themselves and others that may be affected by their actions or omissions at work.
• Accountable for implementing applicable quality, environmental, health and safety programs in their area of responsibility
• Any other duties assigned by the Manager

• Support and evaluate workflow through the workshops.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience of the similar role

• Bachelor and/or Master Degree in Engineering, Mechanical (preferred)
