Duties and Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy
• Website updation
• Define most important social media KPIs
• Manage and oversee social media content
• Measure the success of social media campaigns
• Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies
• Use social media marketing tools such as Hootsuite
• Ensure content is informative and appealing
• Collaborate with multiple teams within the company
• Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
• Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network
• Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
• Decide on appropriate placement of ads
• Determine what content will reach customers
• Develop projects to create content
• Publish digital marketing content online
• Implement email marketing campaigns
• Newsletters/ Interview ads/ Brochure/ Poster Designing
• Content writing
• Company profile and Department profiles.
• Awards – Nomination Document Preparation
Qualifications:
• Skills in MS Word, MS Excel, QuickBooks.
• Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google
• Photography/ Videography skills would be added value
• Video Editing skills / VFX / Graphics/ 3d max- Any would be preferable.
• Photoshop and Illustrator are preferred.
• Strong knowledge of online commerce is preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in related fields.
• Ability to write clearly and support word processing when necessary.
• Thorough understanding and the ability to navigate social media platforms.
• Strong writing skills required.
• Ability to multitask and work well under limited supervision.
• Experience using web analytics and optimization tools.
• Analytical skills.
• Great communication skills.
