Hiring: Helpdesk Operators

To monitor and control the daily service requests within sites maintained and to record service requests updates via the CAFM (Computer Aided Facilities Management) system.
Looking for a candidate with:
• Ability to receive and action inbound calls/email requests
• Experience in customer service with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Candidate
• A team player who is responsible, polite and customer focused.
• Keen attention to detail and interest in customer
• Working experience with CAFM software
• Working experience utilizing Microsoft Office especially Microsoft Excel to generate reports for data analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory and IT/Engineering fields will be a value add.
• Flexible with Shifts
• Working experience with CAFM software is an advantage.
