Robustrade group of companies is looking for an Admin Coordinator for our Dubai office.
We are looking for a highly organized, smart, intelligent, warm, flexible, and proactive person with excellent communication skills (both written and spoken), outstanding telephone skills, keen attention to detail, and good computer skills (Word, Excel, and Outlook), interested in building a career in administration with a growing company. Should be able to do multi-tasking, and handle a range of activities efficiently & independently.
Key responsibilities include:
• End-to-end Office Administration
• Support in travel arrangements, visa, stationery handling, office maintenance, MEP, etc.
• Trade License experience (Preferable)
• On-boarding of employees, ticketing, accommodation, onboarding formalities, seating arrangements, coordinating with IT team for laptop issues, phone, etc.
• On-time vehicle renewal, vehicle insurance, RTA approval
• Support with branding work of vehicles, work permits, licenses, etc.
• Hands-on experience working with Dubai Municipality, authorities, labor department, Immigration, etc.
• Other Ad-hoc activities based on the role’s requirement
Requirement:
• Education – Under Graduate/Post Graduate
• Experience – 5-8 years of UAE experience (Mandatory)
• Be highly organized, have strong verbal and written skills, expert skills in MS office
• Possess previous experience in office administration (Mandatory)
