Administrator (No. of vacancies: 2)
We are looking for an Administrator for our office with prior experience of 3- 5 years in UAE handling administrator/ back-office role in a real estate company
Responsibilities:
• Greeting clients, answering the telephone and making follow-up calls
• Preparing correspondence, scheduling meetings
• Maintaining electronic and paper filing systems
• Preparing listing materials and posting property listings
• Managing a client database and preparing reports
• Assisting with closing processes
• Performing other duties as assigned
• Handle multiple real estate and construction projects
• Maintain and manage client database with details of deals, contracts and payments
• Support real estate agent in handling sales, leasing and rental activities
• Keep team members informed about challenges and issues that need to be handled to ensure open lines of communication on the team
