Looking for a passionate Sales and Marketing Officer to join the team and help achieve company goals. You will serve as a point of contact for customers, be responsible for sales, marketing strategy and administration as required.
Ideal person is goal-oriented and has a deep knowledge of sales best practices. The ideal candidate must have exceptional organizational skills, a can do attitude and draw energy from being part of a team.
Ultimately you should be able to contribute to high quality customer service and achieve sales targets.
Role and responsibilities:
• Research and generate list of leads/potential customers/ Cold calling
• Help develop client relationships and retain existing accounts
• Maintain CRM/Pipeline
• Arrange events/webinars as required
• Day to day administrative tasks
• Contact clients to obtain information or answer queries
• Maintain and update sales and customer records
• Develop monthly sales reports
• Communicate important feedback from customers internally
• Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations

• Stay up-to-date with new products and features
• Contribute towards the growth of the company by identifying new opportunities

• Attending client meetings
• Marketing strategy and content creation/ across all platforms
