Job Description
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in
English and Arabic.
* Proficient in MS Office – Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. * Ability to work under pressure and meet all deadlines. * Proven project and time management skills. * Effective people and team-building proficiencies. * Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset. * Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening * Familiarity with CRM systems and practices * Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters * Excellent communication and presentation skills * Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
