Location:
UAE - Dubai About the Role The Rewards Analyst will be part of the People & Organization Department that supports the entire network of GEMS Education schools in MENASA. The Rewards Analyst will offer support with a multitude of reward activities, including the compensation cycle and creating salary benchmarks. Assist with bonus and incentive plans, and implementation of new reward systems. Support senior HR leaders with high-quality analysis of C&B;data and reporting as required.
Key Accountabilities:
* Support the annual review and renewal of all benefits programs. * Coordinate the annual benefits enrollment process, including developing communication materials, and analysis of benefits. * Contribute to benchmarking activities by supporting pay and benefits survey input and subsequent data extraction for later analysis * Design and develop business reports to capture key metrics and trends (pay for performance metrics, compensation trending) * Work effectively with other compensation team members, HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, and HRBP professionals on projects as assigned * Responsible for the development and maintenance of all total rewards-related knowledge base content, policies, and procedures * Support senior HR leaders with high-quality analysis of C&B;data, reporting, and projects as required. * Become an expert on the system/s supporting the Total Rewards * Operate to a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

Expected Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Human Resources is preferred
Expected Experience:
* 3-5 experience in a similar capacity * HR or Education industry experience is an advantage
Job Specific Skills:
