Job Description
The role of the Consultant in the Consultancy practice is to be business problem solver. Be it from Media or Marketing challenges, the consultant is expected to collaborate with Publicis Groupe clients and helps them address business objectives and priorities while closely working with the Data Sciences, Commerce, Content, Performance Marketing and Media solutions teams. As a consultant, the candidate will will work with a set of clients, identify solutions that can help solve their problems, and then project manage delivery of these solutions.
Main Tasks:
* Be the day to day point of contact for your client teams when it comes to any project management or consultancy related projects. * Project manage cross practice projects involving data sciences, commerce, content, performance and media solutions. * Build and develop relationships with client business leads and their teams ensuring the overall Publicis Media proposition is being delivered. * Guide and work closely with the planning and client teams to ensure Publicis Media solutions are being recommended, implemented and utilized. * Build client presentations providing a holistic Publicis Media solutions story involving data, commerce, content, performance marketing and media. * Build the profile of the consultancy practice within Publicis Groupe by delivering best in class industry deep dives and forward looking consultative reports on products, technology and solutions. * Drive product development that can introduce new tools and solutions for data sciences, commerce, content, performance marketing and media planning. * Engage with vertical and client leads to drive new or expanded business development.
Qualifications
* We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 6 years digital media and marketing or consulting experience that spans across different disciplines. * The ideal candidate should hit the following marks: + Extrovert + Adaptable + Curious + Resilient + Collaborative + Meticulous + Well-spoken + Process oriented + Solution oriented + Results driven * Must be able to demonstrate strategic critical thinking skills. * Must demonstrate collaborative team building skills, as will be required to work external and internal resources into new marketing effectiveness territories. * Candidate must be able to integrate with fast paced Planning and Activation teams. * Must be able to cultivate excellent relationships with technology solution partners. * The candidate must have 4+ years of experience consulting internal/external client teams on making tactical and strategic investment decisions to improve business results. * The candidate must have strategic marketing knowledge in at least one or more of the following areas: media planning, media buying performance/ programmatic marketing, commerce activations, social media marketing and content, ad technology or marketing technology. * Hands on, problem solving abilities ––“can do” approach.
