الوصف الوظيفي Real Estate Agents are professionals who help home buyers find and buy a new home or commercial space. They help them buy and sell properties and guide clients through negotiation processes to get the top amount for their property when selling. They also make sure that it is adequately marketed so potential buyers can find them! so, currently, we are looking to acquire the applicants of the below positions; - Expert agents to sell the off-plan properties (2 vacant male & female) - Expert Agents to sell the ready properties (2 vacant male & female) - Leasing agents (2 vacant male & female) Responsibilities: - Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms - Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them - Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters, ensuring a professional business. - Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value - Display and market real property to possible buyers on the company portals. - Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, MOU, etc) - Maintain and update listings of available properties. - Promote sales through advertisements, open houses, and listing services. - Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices.
