Vacancy for a HR Manager (Preferably Indian Male) with minimum 15 years of UAE work experience in HR, required for a Large Group of 1200 employees with Indian Management in Dubai, UAE.
The Group having its business activities of providing security guard services, construction & contracting, facility management services.
Salary range – up to AED 15k per month plus annual benefits for the suitable candidate.
HR Manager Job Responsibilities:
• Maintains and enhances the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing human resources policies, programs, and practices.
• Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
• Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.
• Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
• Maintains a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys; scheduling and conducting job evaluations; preparing pay budgets; monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions; recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions.
• Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counseling employees and supervisors.
• Maintains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.
• Establishes and leads the standard recruiting and hiring practices and procedures necessary to recruit and hire a superior workforce.
• Conducts investigations when employee complaints or concerns are brought forth.
• Monitors and advises managers and supervisors in the progressive discipline system of the company. Monitors the implementation of a performance improvement process with non-performing employees.
• Reviews, guides, and approves management recommendations for employment terminations.
• Leads the implementation of company safety and health programs. Monitors the tracking of OSHA-required data.

A Degree in Bachelor’s with a minimum 15 years’ experience in Human Resource in UAE preferably from Facility Management / Construction / Contracting / Security Guard Company) of more than 500+ employees.
