• Assist/support HR Manager on all HR Function of 2 companies in UAE, Oman, Qatar & KSA
• Recruitment/Hiring, Termination and Exit Interview
• Joining, Induction & Orientation
Job Description
• Trainings, Learning Management System (LMS)
• Learning & Development (L&D;)
• Probation & Confirmations
• Annual Performance Appraisal
• Employee Disciplinary/Grievance procedures
• Compensation & Benefits – Promotions, increments, transfers
• Employee Welfare program
• Labor Law - UAE, Oman, Qatar & KSA
• HR Policies – Communicate changes & ensure implementation
• Responsible for HR Audits
• Provide Administration assistance
