Position: Customer Service Team Leader
Location: Dubai
Job Requirements:
• Should be a graduate.
• 5+ years of substantial customer service experience preferably in a contact center, ecommerce or start-up environment at a reputable company.
• At least 2 years of people management experience.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office – Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is a must
• Experience with customer journey mapping and VOC analysis will be preferred
