Hiring Graphic Designer.
Experience-3-5 years
Responsibilities:
• Create effective and eye-catching images and campaigns that drive our brand message and provide usable assets for our national and local social marketing efforts
• Develop and execute on the strategic creative needs for the brand’s monthly local social efforts
• Collaborate with content marketing team on weekly and monthly content marketing campaigns
• Design original pieces to keep up with changing social and cultural trends while maintaining the aesthetic of the brand
• Oversee assigned design projects from concept to completion including the approval process with all project stakeholders
• Embrace our brand identity, develop voice and messaging for graphic design pieces with strong engagement or directs calls to action
• Advise on best practices and optimizations throughout design projects
• Present designs to stakeholders and applicable teams
• Implement feedback and changes when appropriate
• QA designs for errors
• Pass final design to development or publishing teams for release, prepare calendar and package affiliate content simplified local activations
• Monitor KPI tracking on brand creative and conduct A&B;testing that maximizes engagement and franchise sales lead generation
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, art, design.
• Portfolio of designs used in successful marketing campaigns
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite and Photoshop
• Exceptional creativity and innovation
• Experience with both print and electronic media
