Job Description
This exciting role is for someone with excellent interpersonal skills and that can work along-side Client Service Team to ensure campaigns and projects are resourced to maximum efficiency, while keeping the business, the people and client priorities top of mind. The role requires admin, accuracy and strong attention to detail; you will be a well-organized and unflappable.
You will be responsible for ensuring a streamlined agency workflow across production, strategic, creative, and shared resources. Have a deep understanding of agency operations and processes including resource allocation for all briefs/projects and management of the delivery working closely with production.
The right person will hit the ground running providing executive support to the CCO in diary management and administration
Specific Duties:
Schedule and traffic work across all departments including Creative, Media, Social Media and Strategy from small tasks to large workflows across digital.
Facilitate workflow planning with Client Services, and department heads.
Plan and facilitate key departmental meetings.
Plan and find solutions and lead capacity planning with the rest of the traffic team.
Timesheet reporting.
Integrating with the broader Publicis groupe agencies to create unified and orchestrated activity.
Digital inspiration and expertise, identifying opportunities in the broader digital landscape for our clients and the agency.
Work closely with Account teams and Media Partners to gather necessary information for upcoming buys and deliverables.
Create traffic instructions and orders based on buys
Send creative information along with traffic instructions and final deliverables to broadcast/syndication, cable TV, radio networks, digital channels, social channels, and publishers.
Responsible for archiving all master files and formats to agency servers.
Handle traffic estimates and reconcile applicable monthly billing issues.
Maintain knowledge of rules and regulations informing teams of changes and restrictions.
Quality Control for all instructions and accurate spots for a no mistake delivery.
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
Minimum 5 years experience working as a Traffic Manager/Operations Manager
A relentless focus on attention to detail and consistency
An ability to take ownership and work in an autonomous manner
Strong communication skills with the ability to manage key stakeholders
A can-do attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile, including work after-hours as needed
Project Management experience
Understanding of advertising and the creative process
Flexibility, eye for detail and common sense are all paramount in this position where workload will change from one day to the next
You will also be someone who values integrity and discretion above all else and can provide as-required support to any level of staff
Willing to go the extra mile for those around you who seek out your advice or unbiased ear
Basic understanding of the traffic process for creative
Highly detailed-oriented, reliable and able to work well with deadlines while managing simultaneous priorities with guidance
Demonstrate excellent attention to detail, follow-through skills and ability to communicate.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Must be strong with MS Office with excellent knowledge of Excel
