الوصف الوظيفي Work with outside head-hunters and staffing agencies to identify new talent in outside sales Review and analyze resumes using our in-house ATS software program Scour job search websites for potential recruits and contact those candidates personally Interview potential sales staff members using industry-standard techniques Introduce new hires to the company and walk them through the hiring and training process Serve as an employee advocate for new hires as well as established employees Complete all new-hire paperwork with candidates who meet the expectation of the job Screen resumes and application forms Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates Forecast hiring needs and ensure recruitment process runs smoothly Develop and implement HR policies throughout the organization Evaluates the quality of training courses and implements improvements Answering employee requests and questions Coordinate and delegate the task to the appropriate person of the team Update and keep employee records in check Assisting in the recruitment and interview processes Help supervisors in assessing employee engagement and evaluation Responsible for analyzing training needs, developing training curriculum, and delivering training courses Administering various employee benefits programs, such as group insurance, long-term disability, pensions, and profit sharing Maintain the HR team’s calendar (schedule meetings, interviews, HR events etc.) Create and submit reports to senior managemen المهارات تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/uae/jobs/hr-assistant-internship-sharjah-4500755/ |
