Job Objective

Develop Sales and business acitivities of organization which includes: Prospecting Sales, Lead Generation and qualification, presentation development, follow- up with Clients and co-ordination with the department

Key Responsibilities

Accountabilities

Identifies sales and business opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor’s Share and competitor’s strengths and weakness; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market Share.
Discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintain customer satisfaction for institutional segments including government, semi- govt bodies and corporates.
Hands on experience to catch business on Fire and Safety related products.
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, social media and digital marketing.
Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their requirements and concerns.
Determines annual and gross profit plans by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products; analyzing trends and results; establishing pricing strategies; recommending selling prices; monitoring costs, competition, supply and demand.
Sustain rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on company products and services.
Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data;
Negotiate deals and handle complaints or objections
Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by Seniors.

Key Result Areas

Create Company Brand identity through effective Sales Management activities. Meet and exceed KPI’s and Sales Targets.

Communications

Internal: Sales and Marketing Team, Finance Dept, Production Dept.

External: Clients and relevant market stakeholders

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree. MBA in Sales and Marketing would be an advantage.

Experience

10-18 Years of which Min 8 years of experience of Fire and Safety products of Sales and Marketing.
Work experience with Dubai Civil Defense and with Safety and Fire protection companies would be an advantage.
Strong experience in budget and sales management.

IT Skills: MS Suite, Digital Marketing, Content Curation and Creation, UI, UX, Analytics and CRM Software, Social Media Strategy
