CONCORDIA DMCC Integrated Facility Management is looking for Junior Cleaning Supervisors who will be required to supervise a team of Soft Services professionals to provide high-quality Cleaning Services for assigned projects.
Requirements for the job role:
• High School certificate
• Certified in Hospitality
• UAE driving license
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Cleaning within FM and master communities
• Knowledge, understanding and experience in various master communities, cleaning activities, machinery and chemicals
• Experience in operating, maintaining and inspecting all cleaning equipment
• Experience in safe working practices, risk assessments and method statements
• Knowledge of HSEQ practices and policies
• Good communication/interpersonal skills and customer
• relationship building skills
