الوصف الوظيفي To lead the onsite execution and scheduling of onsite Maintenance Activities, to guarantee equipment availability and performance in line with contractual and cost of ownership requirements. How we make the difference: Manage a dedicated Maintenance Team, applying Aggreko’s standards and HSE policy Perform Maintenance Activities to maintain Asset Reliability Ensure all maintenance tasks are completed on time within Budget Optimize Maintenance Bill of Materials / Scope of Work Your key responsibilities: Single Point of Contact for Site Management Plan and Schedule daily work for the Maintenance Team Ensure effective Team rotational leave planning Ensure all Materials are correctly booked to the asset via MMS/M3 Ensure that all maintenance activities are conducted in accordance with Aggreko standards, by regularly inspecting the quality of work. Manage inventory levels efficiently and effectively in line with lead time and availability Liaise and follow up with Supply chain to ensure adequate parts are available to keep down time to a minimum Display Commitment to Operational Excellence Activities Develops Maintenance Documentation with the Maintenance Team Review Scope of Work / Bill of Materials based via lessons learnt Sound like you? Here’s what you’ll need to demonstrate: Minimum 5 years’ experience on a Power Project environment Ability to read single line and electrical diagrams Ability to read P&IDs;Ability to read mechanical drawings Able to fully understand all plant equipment’s Computer literate (Excel, Word, Power Point, Teams & Outlook essential). The ability to work in a cohesive team A strong working knowledge of equipment repair procedures The knowledge and skills you’ll need to be successful: Excellent oral and written communication skills (English). Ability to withstand pressure Strong Leadership skills Well organized, able to handle multi tasks in a controlled manner. Analytical thinking with attention to detail in complex engineering scenarios Good interpersonal and personnel development skills The people you’ll work with: You’ll work with Maintenance Technicians to make sure your teams execute onsite maintenance activities, to guarantee equipment availability. You’ll build strong relationships with Operations Leaders to make sure that the maintenance process works smoothly, and any issues are dealt with collaboratively. Other information you should know: As this role leads Maintenance Teams globally, you will need to travel regularly. This role will be rotational and play a huge part in supporting and ensuring our Operational Sites are maintenance complaint.
