We are currently looking for an Officer - Revenue Enhancement to work on the incoming bookings with his functional expertise and domain knowledge. Drive execution of processes with required accuracy
Handle team queries. Assist team with amendment and refund cases.
Adhere to the process SLA, productivity, quality & AHT.
Report issues to the product team and identify scope for automation within the processes.
Coordinate with different departments to resolve escalations cases received from passengers and other teams.
Focus on reduction of both financial and non-financial errors.
Coordinating with a quality team for the individual’s performance improvement.
Participating in internal & external calibration sessions with Quality/Operations.
Willing to work in a rotational shift with rotational week offs.
المهارات
Graduate (optional)/ Diploma
Overall experience of 3 to 4 years in travel operations.
Working knowledge of GDS (Amadeus/Travelport), ticketing, reissuance, cancellation & refunds.
Working knowledge of Salesforce is a plus.
