الوصف الوظيفي Install and configure systems and applications Contribute to and maintain system standards. Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups. Perform daily backup operations, ensuring all required file systems and system data are successfully backed up to the appropriate media, recovery tapes or disks are created, and media is recycled and sent off site as necessary. Provide other support per request from users. Investigate and troubleshoot issues. Repair and recover from hardware or software failures. Coordinate and communicate with impacted areas. Work closely with ICT staff on system maintenance and development Maintain data centre environmental, network and monitoring equipment. Upgrade and configure system software and application that supports client infrastructure per project or operational needs. Perform ongoing performance tuning, hardware upgrades, and resource optimization as required. Configure CPU, memory, and disk partitions as required. Support on Telephony management and coordinating with Telephony Vendors for new Procurement and Problems related to PRI Lines, Trunk lines, Analogue lines and telephone system Port and Cable Management المهارات Excellent knowledge of the relevant quality standards and ITIL Excellent working knowledge of ICT systems in the area of WAN/ LAN/ Windows Education and Experience At least 5 years’ relevant experience in a world class ICT organisation with the Knowledge and skill sets mentioned above.
