Responsibilities:
Carry out basic HR and administration tasks.
Assist and coordinate with sales and marketing teams.
Support sales staff in handling and documenting customer account
Assist in carrying out various human resources programs and procedures, including new- joiner inductions, orientations, reference checks and pre-employment formalities, for all company employees.
Prepare and compile relevant reports and records from all branches and keep them updated and verified.
Update calendars and schedule meetings.
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access.
Offer water/beverages to the guests and directors and clear and organize the crockery, etc.
Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls and make calls relevant to the office administration tasks.
Organize, monitor, order and review inventory of office supplies and purchases of all branches with attention to the budgetary constraints.
Prepare, accept and distribute mailing and couriers.
Supervise and ensure third-party cleaning agents’ timely and proper cleaning of the office as per their weekly contract schedule or any other official services execution and completion.
Do basic dusting and cleaning of the office and its equipment/appliances on other than third party cleaning agent’s scheduled days and ensure that the office is always clean and well organized.
Assist in arranging travel and accommodations, and prepare vouchers as per instruction.
Follow up closely with all branch record keeping documents and relevant tasks.
Closely assist in reviewing the records and incoming and outgoing requisition.
Assist and maintain all branches databases, Spreadsheets and reports and prepare documents as required.
Assist in organizing a filing system for important and confidential company documents for relevant seniors.
Regular filing, photocopying, transcribing etc.
Update and monitor attendance system of all branches.
Monitor leave applications ,poor attendance ,MC verification, other relevant tasks.
Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data as assigned.
Reviewing and keeping close monitoring on all company websites and other social operations.
Assist in reviewing quotations and negotiating price, quality, approvals and delivery.
Responsible for effectively managing front office functions, office communications and administrating support.
Implementing organized and policy compliance work atmosphere and procedures in the organisation.
Assist in revising ,editing ,proofreading company policies and procedures and related documents as needed.
Manage and participate in company-sponsored events.
Help to maintain the organization chart and employee directory.
Perform other Ad-Hoc duties as required.

Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office, google drive, general computer software/tools, and computer operations relevant to your work-related tasks.
Good with handling general office usage equipment as per your work task requirements.
Basic understanding as well as a quick learner in job-related tasks.
Dedicated and able to handle multiple tasks with time management.
Manage the work under work pressure and can contribute effectively if and when very urgent requirements come up beyond office hours.
Trustworthy and has ability to work in all types of circumstances and focused on career buildup
Can manage to work independently once trained on the particular tasks with minimum surveillance
Using the designated office premises areas and designated office assets responsibly and maintaining them in clean and well-organized condition at all times.
Must always have professional attitude and appearance including office wear as per the position requirements
Professional and good written as well as verbal communication skills in the English language
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise with a problem-solving attitude
Good at updating record-keeping documents with the given guidelines and maintain them updated as soon as information is received as per the position’s task requirements
Good attention to detail and can execute tasks as per guidance and instructions without careless and repetitive mistakes
Punctual and has time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Quick responsiveness during office hours towards official communications via email or phone or through authorized official chat communication tool/s accordingly.
Has attitude to contribute towards building and maintaining company’s business, growth and reputation
Is strict on implementing and maintaining office security and company policy and guidelines
Having sensible attention to monetary or budgetary constraints, whenever required in regards to your work task and position requirements, as applicable.
Coordination with co-workers, positive attitude with team spirit.
Coordinates and provides all work-related information and documents updated from time to time to the reporting personnel without any delay
Always provides accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools/cross-checking of relevant documents
Must have general requirements at home to be able to carry out work tasks, with respect to the position’s task requirements, by working remotely (work-from-home) as and if deemed necessary and declared by the authorities or company due to any unforeseen circumstances.
Must bring your own laptop and its relevant accessories for work as well as must be in good working condition at all times during your services or employment in order to authorize your work and attendance. Your laptop must be authorized by us and the configuration must be in compliance with the work requirement, in accordance with the configuration set by our technical team Head/Manager/Authorized personnel, which will be based on your job task or position requirements.
