الوصف الوظيفي At Hype Energy, we are looking for a very well organised Head of Global Sales to take the lead in our markets and work closely with our amazing team to achieve our company goals and get the work done together Responsibilities: - Develop and execute global strategic commercial plans, annual sales forecast and regular reviews. - Coordinate and lead sales force. - Build and manage relationships with customers, together with the Sales Directors. - Maintain and grow sales within existing countries of distribution, together with the Sales Directors and local partners. - Map potential customers and generate new leads for the organisation. - Act as sales manager for strategic accounts. - Define price strategy together with CFO & Management and create tools to keep pricing consistency. - Identify opportunities for sales processes improvements. Oversee implementation. - Report to management on sales department activity. Represent the Sales department internally. - Work with Trade Marketing team in the development of trade marketing tools. - Work collaboratively with Innovation, Supply chain & Marketing departments on product trends, competitors analysis, customised sales strategy per country of distribution. - Take part in the selection of new sales team members and provide the necessary training. المهارات - Senior Sales Experience in F&B;or FMCG products is a must (minimum 10 years). - Excellent listening, negotiation, presentation, organisational skills. - Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations and drive actions. - Open-minded, solution-driven, results and process oriented with team work attitude. - Proactive, curious, fast learner and ability to work autonomously. - Capacity to perform under pressure, multitask and overcome challenges. - Availability to travel and socialise with people from different backgrounds and cultures. - Used to work in B2B complex sales projects, with focus on building long term partnerships. - Good command of International logistics. - Excellent Native English skills, other languages (Spanish, Portuguese, French, Arabic) would be a plus. - Experience in FMCG in North America is a plus. - E-commerce knowledge is a plus. - Master in Business Management is a plus. تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/uae/jobs/head-of-global-sales-4496427/ |
