الوصف الوظيفي
Discuss requirements in detail with clients (the brief) and set project schedules
Understand clients’ needs and the needs of the people using the building to develop design concepts.
Produce ‘sample’ or ‘mood’ boards to present to clients
identify new business and sell services to potential clients
After sales feedback and support: inspect design after completion to determine whether client goal.
Develop initial ideas and acquire key information about potential projects,
Consider materials and costs according to budgets and negotiate project fees
Conduct feasibility studies for projects
Ensuring project completion within the allocated budget and timeline
Research and gather information and photographs relating to the project
Source products, e.g. fittings, furniture, lighting, finishes, decoration and dressing.
Utilize computer applications in the design process
Keep up to date with new developments in the design industry

المهارات
Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator or other design programs.

Bachelor degree in same field

Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience required
