الوصف الوظيفي - Apply the sales’ tactics set by the Sales Manager to maximize sales and customer loyalty in order to reach the sales target efficiently - Master the features of all bicycles in the showroom, point them out and provide customers with available brochures and financing related details - Review on a daily basis the sales data on ANB’s system to check for the sales team pending customers’ follow ups, potential customers to contact, and prospects converted into customers and take necessary action in each case - Receive customer inquiries and requests from the Sales Manager and take charge - Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the showroom as well as the bicycles displayed in the showrooms - Interact regularly and maintain solid relationships with customers before and after sales to generate repeat business and referrals - Ensure that all customers are well received and serviced from the point of walking in till the delivery of the registered bicycles - Negotiate prices and promotions with customers where needed to close a deal in line with policies and procedures - Arrange for test drives as deemed appropriate to close the deal - Review and approve offers and ensure all sales documentation pertaining to closed deals is completed accurately and on time - Ensure that PDI sheets are complete and sent without delay to the Workshop Department to ensure bicycles are ready for delivery on the promised date - Coordinate with the Accounting Unit for invoicing, with banks for financing applications - Implement the standards for showroom cleanliness, displaying and merchandising in line with the adopted Brand Guidelines and ANB policies - Ensure minimum level of inventory of accessories and bicycles is in line with strategy and targets by keeping close coordination with concerned units - Participate in bicycles tradeshows and media and events where needed to introduce new bicycles and products at ANB in line with Strategy, policies and procedures - Prepare regular reports on Sales figures and send them to Sales Manager - Manage incoming leads (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp...), filter and follow-up with leads until conversion while also providing accurate feedback and reporting to the brand, sales and marketing teams for lost and won leads with reasons. المهارات 2 to 5 years in the field of Bicycles Sales English Arabic & French is a plus Strong communication and influencing skills and ability to build and maintain good relationships with Bicycles buyers Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills Strong Sales Skills Highly self-motivated, strong motivator and Passionate about Bicycles Determined and results driven People Oriented and Customer Focused تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/uae/jobs/sales-consultant-4495676/ |
