The ideal candidate will lead the account development and penetration strategy for assigned customers or regions. They should be skilled at building and maintaining relationships with clients and work to provide exceptional customer service to clients. This role requires good experience in channel sales in UAE with sound knowledge of A/V, Digital signage, KVM, Control rooms solutions, and Meeting rooms booking system are required.
Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of existing key accounts and set up new channel partners
Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Overseeing customer account management, including an understanding of customer requirements and identifying potential opportunities, also proposing suitable solutions using our product line
Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to clients in a timely manner
Working closely with sales teams.
Achieve sales and revenue targets
Coordinating with marketing team
Support partner organizations in selling our solutions to their end users and maintain high partner satisfaction
Coordinating with project consultants for our products specification, listing and approval on projects.

Skills & Requirements:
Good knowledge of Channel sales and working experience as Sales account manager in a distribution level firm in UAE
Excellent knowledge of A/V, digital signage, KVM, video wall control solutions and meeting room booking systems
Valid UAE Driving license with a car
Proven track record of good performance as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, or relevant role
Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
Experience in delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
Strong verbal and written communication skills
BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field
