الوصف الوظيفي What Will You Be Doing Every Single Day? · Deploying and managing customer production environments. · Taking ownership of technical issues while collaborating with R&D;engineers, technical account managers and product management. · Investigating support cases, performing root cause analysis, and offering in-depth solutions. · Installation and upgrade system components in both development and production environments. · Developing processes and automation tools for the support team. المهارات · Bachelor’s degree in a computer related field such as Computer Science, Computer information systems, electronics · Proven previous experience in Network Systems Engineering. · Knowledge in networking. · Knowledge in IT. · Knowledge of scripting, Perl, VB and Oracle stored procedures. · Knowledge of Oracle DB. · Working with Linux, Unix. · Experience with web applications, Web Services and .Net applications, Apache Tomcat. · Experience in customer support · Results oriented · Confident – ability to work with minimal supervision · Open minded- Integrative thinker · Effective communicator · Customer service orientated Where Do You Fit In?
