الوصف الوظيفي Accounts & Admin Reporting To - Accounts Manager Roles and Responsibilities Accounts Dept Make all General ledger entries in Tally. Preparation of Invoice and Delivery notes for dispatches Prepare monthly accounts and post payments and receipts Collect attendance data and calculate the wage and salary sheet for approval by Accounts Manager. Prepare and reconcile monthly payments and receipts in ledger against actual payment and receipt invoices. Prepare Monthly stock statement and get the physically verified by the production and dispatch team Prepare the dues in and dues out statements and forward the same to Accounts manager every month. Admin Dept Maintenance of Asset Register including all Machines, equipment and office furniture etc with numbers which clearly identify each asset. Keeping the record of renting and renewal of lease for all company rented accommodations as well as factory premises. Maintaining of annual training Plan and follow up for the execute. Responsible for arranging the training programs for identified topics based on skill matrix & identified by respective department HOD & verifying the records of training Prepare and maintain documented information QMS & EMS standard (documents and records) related to department Coordinate with labor contractors about all the issues related to manpower Maintain and monitor shop floor discipline and monthly report to be prepare. Plan and implement welfare and reward and recognition programs for staff and workers.
