Settle homes Real Estate is expanding our team and is looking for an enthusiastic Real Estate Agent.
Start earning high by being a Real Estate agent with Settle Homes with commissions higher than many brokerages in the U.A.E.
You will be working with a supportive and cooperative team that looks forward to working with you!
Please keep in mind that this position is commissions based: up to 60%-70% commissions & no basic salary.
Responsibilities
• Serve as the customer’s advocate and assist with product management and development. Carry out sales work with the support of sales manager.
• Assist sales manager to make and implement sales plan.
• Focus on understanding the customer’s needs and expectations in depth in accordance to their budget to find suitable housing.
• Monitor the effective resolution of guest issues that arise as a problem of the sales process to property leadership. Effectively solve customer concerns, increase customer experience and improve them satisfaction.
• Actively and effectively develop sales work to achieve performance indicators.
• Stage and show living spaces.
• Finds and reaches out to new prospects.
• Negotiate living space rent and close deal with client.
• Have a car and Dubai driving license. Visit customer independently.
• Prefer those who have experience working in Real Estate Company or travel agency.
• Be willing to work hard, be resilient and in turn earn high commissions, pay and returns.
• Provide you with marketing champions & support with event leads.
• Additional commissions and bonus upon meeting target.
• Basic commission is 60% and you can earn higher.
