Position: Marketing Manager E-Commerce
Reports to: Head of Marketing
Nearoo, headquartered in Dubai, is the first social e-commerce platform from the region. We look to change the way how people shop online by introducing concept of social e-commerce. Marketing Manager is one of the most crucial roles in our company and we need the best fit for this role. The Marketing Manager hold the responsibility of selecting and executing marketing strategy and fuel the business growth of the company. It includes planning of campaigns based on the business and marketing objectives, execute the campaign end-to-end using the right marketing channels and tactics. This role will require you to analyze the performance of the business, the campaign and take necessary actions to deliver better results.
Primary responsibilities:
Build a strong Team.
Build and execute marketing campaigns to drive performance objectives (acquisition/renewal) as well as brand objectives (awareness, engagement & affinity).
Come up with creative and nontraditional marketing ideas.
Make data driven decisions to choose the right channel mix strategy and the right target audience to achieve the campaign objectives.
Preparing yearly marketing budget for specific business verticals spread into different channel mix and planning marketing budget for each month.
Use data driven insights (sales and behavioral insights) in designing the campaigns and assess the ongoing campaigns for effectiveness.
Planning monthly marketing calendars and campaign strategies for specific business verticals with predefined targets.
Comparing planned marketing spend with actual as well as the objectives.
Report and document overall campaign performance with insights & suggestions on improving future campaigns.
Monitor online competitor presence, researching new blogs & channels for relevance/trend identification.
Community management: monitoring and managing all comments for social media.
Reviewing marketing assets & collateral to share feedback / suggestions on improving content to ensure brand guidelines are followed & up-to-date.

Expertise in understanding the marketing mix and campaign management.
Extensive knowledge on Adwords, DoubleClick, Google Analytics and other digital and mobile ad serving and tracking platforms.
Extensive knowledge of third-party platforms such as but not limited to CRM, email automation and data analysis tools.
Strong analytical, program management and troubleshooting skills coupled with the ability to use data to drive actionable insights. • Experience in managing, developing, and optimizing digital marketing budgets across channels and initiatives.
Experience in forecasting and forecasting optimization.
Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
Marketing and Communication, Advertising or Business-related bachelor/masters preferred.
