Duties and responsibilities:
· Develop and implement strategic initiatives for recruiting top talent with a focus on the Event Industry.
Use various methods to recruit and network with potential candidates.
Build and retain a strong candidate database
· Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
Understand client requirements and present the highest quality candidates.
Conduct interviews to determine candidate fit.
Meet/phone freelancers to introduce the brand confidently, understand their rates and ensure their profiles are fully updated.
Attend Events/Exhibitions to network and build the database.
Organise meetings with Freelancers to gather feedback on job satisfaction/industry rates.
Prepare reports as needed.
Other administration tasks as needed.
المهارات
REQUIREMENTS
2-3 years Recruitment Experience in the UAE.
Event Industry background is a plus.
Fair understanding of the UAE Labour Laws and work permit formalities.
Excellent spoken & written communication skills in the English language.
Organized, attention to detail and confident.
