Legal Advisor Required
• Responsible for managing the legal affairs of the organization/group. Provides consultation, advice, and support, alongside identifying, containing, and managing legal exposure, liabilities, and risk.
• Summary of Key Responsibilities
• Contracts drafting & review
• Litigation and Arbitration
• Managing external law firms
• Interaction with Govt. Departments
• Translation
• Policies and procedures and standardized documentation
• Incorporation of new companies and maintaining Group companies’ registers and POAs
Requirements
• BSc degree in Law or J.D. degree
• Must have a minimum 5 years work experience in similar roll
• Knowledge of UAE Laws, regulations and the business environment
• Demonstrated ability to create legal defensive or proactive strategies
• Construction/Real estate/property development experience will be advantageous
• Experience working with top FM companies in UAE will be an advantage
• Strong legal writing and drafting skills are mandatory
• Ability to clearly communicate and influence.
• UAE Driving License is mandatory
• Fluency in written and spoken English is essential, Arabic language will be beneficial.
Location: Dubai, candidates must be in currently in UAE.
