Recruiter

We are looking for an In-House Recruiter at THA Event Staffing.
Duties and responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives for recruiting top talent with a focus on the Event Industry.
• Use various methods to recruit and network with potential candidates.
• Build and retain a strong candidate database
• Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
• Understand client requirements and present the highest quality candidates.
• Conduct interviews to determine candidate fit.
• Meet/phone freelancers to introduce the brand confidently, understand their rates and ensure their profiles are fully updated.
• Attend Events/Exhibitions to network and build the database.
• Organise meetings with Freelancers to gather feedback on job satisfaction/industry rates.
• Prepare reports as needed.
• Other administration tasks as needed.
Requirements:
• 2-3 years recruitment experience in the UAE.
• Event Industry background is a plus.
• Fair understanding of the UAE Labour Laws and work permit formalities.
• Excellent spoken & written communication skills in the English language.
• Organized, attention to detail and confident.
