LBO Studio is looking for a Business Development Manager (Sales Representative)
Benefits: Basic Salary+ higher commission on the total incoming sales.
Job Responsibilities:
• Responsible for identifying and selling unique building materials and design projects to existing and new clients.
• Work as a key account manager to build long-term relationships with strategic clients and partners.
• Acts as the primary project contact person and liaison, ensuring the project is represented in a professional way to clients.
• Coordinates organizational relationships with new clients and existing clients.
• Coordinate with production on schedules, design, and technical issues.
• Conduct product/business presentations and pitching for new customers/contracts.
• Liaise with designers, architects, production, drafters and contractors.
• Seek the right customers actively and explore marketing opportunities.
• Provide customer-focused solutions to meet the company s business goals.
• Develop and implement strategic marketing and sales plans to achieve corporate objectives and sales targets.
Job Requirements:
Must possess 1-2 years of previous experience in the design solutions, sale of Building Materials, Kitchen Suppliers, with a background in the Interior Design industry and Building/decorative.
Bachelor s degree in Interior Design or Relevant field.
