The Business Development Executive builds new and retain strong relationship with clients to ensure overall company’s growth into a leadership position in the market, while achieving individual sales target. Visit companies that can potentially generate leads and builds partnerships, scheduling qualified appointments with prospective clients. The ideal candidate must have sales experience in all stages of the sales cycle. He/She must have the ability to sell a brand promise & product concept and help build our young brand.
Key responsibilities include:
Hunt for new business targeting merchants, restaurants, retailers, F&B;(dine-in and delivery)/Hospitality sector
Identify and approach prospects either by phone, email or social media with personalised and dedicated pitches/presentations.
Participate in developing a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal.
Build and maintain a strong and professional customer relationship and maintain consistent contact with existing clients.
Setting appointments with business owners and decision-makers.
Develop and implement a personal sales plan that incorporates initiatives for maximizing growth of existing customers and gaining new businesses.
Work with marketing to plan and execute lead generation campaigns.
Maintain and update an accurate log of activity and up to date database for all company’s customers and prospects.
Attend to customers’ calls and emails professionally to ensure their needs are recognized and met.
Coordinating pre-sales and post-sales follow up.
Prepare reports and submit to CEO.
المهارات
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or any related field.
5 or more years of sales experience
Solid negotiation skills
Strong verbal communication and presentation skills.
A self-starter and driven by achieving and surpassing set targets.
Proficient in a variety of computer software applications including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and well versed in utilization of ERP and CRM software.
Language requirements: English, Arabic a plus
