Key Areas:
Passionately teach Hands On concepts to aspiring teachers, help them to apply what they learn and foster creativity and innovation in their learning approach.
Should be able to engage learners meaningfully and work towards providing a good understanding on the aspects of STEM Implementing the right methodology and style in conducting the live classes for the learners.
Develop Training specific curriculum and activities. Remaining up-to-date with developments in the field of STEM and training methodologies. Conduct hands on activities/experiments on STEM technologies.
Be able to handle both one-on-one sessions and group sessions, online or classroom
