General Role:
Determine the appropriate and competitive pricing and value of company’s offered services by analyzing the market trends and performing data/statistical analysis to help achieve company’s revenue goals.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Analyze and propose appropriate pricing for company services and products by conducting market, competitors and profitability analyses versus volume simulations.
Assess data from a variety of sources to gain insights into pricing strategies and market trends.
Analyze and recommend appropriate pricing for company products and services for specific customers requested by the Sales team by applying guidelines, performing profitability analysis, and suggesting optical pricing to a projected volume/destination mix.
Monitor or forecast client’s volume and revenue to use in financial and pricing planning decisions.
Work closely with Finance and Sales teams to develop strategies for new and existing customers.
Study and execute the annual GPI (Generate Price Increase) based on detailed analysis on top clients performance (shipment weights, destinations and volumes) versus running rates.
Study and analyze opening new line haul destinations from company’s main countries and stations, including full pricing-cost analysis on proposed airlines quotations, forecast volume over upcoming time and the best for shipping the same versus using company’s service providers (SPs).
Provide the appropriate studies and reports for the CCO in terms of sales performance, customer profiles, revenue profiles, and our operational costs profitability for Posta Plus’s various products and network on regular basis, as well as communicating with Operations department regularly relating to our profitability profiles.
Review, benchmark, update or update the “Rate Calculator” for each of company’s services.
Upload and file any rates to the system as per the IT standards, and update existing rates when needed.
Develop dynamic pricing tools to effectively respond to changing market needs and trends.
Keep informed on pricing analysis methods and industry trends.
Translate pricing data into actionable profit-enhancing strategies.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned by direct manager.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Economics or in related field
3-5 years of experience as Pricing Specialist in related industry experience
