Here’s where you come in: as part of our mission to help more clients in Ingotech projects, AMRFX colleagues, and the global community live a richer life, we are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our UAE team.
The Business Development Manager will work with the local team to maximize our referral channels and ensure prospective clients are provided with a remarkable experience throughout the business development process.
What You Love:
Collaborating with the local UAE service team to create the annual revenue goal and implement the business development plan.
Managing the prospective client pipeline and collaborating with local client service teams to facilitate the sales process for all referral channels. This includes: Client Referral, and Self-Generated opportunities.
Collaborating with the local Growth & Operations team member to provide a seamless experience for prospective clients.
Understanding AMRFX service model and effectively presenting key differentiators, philosophy, approach, and capabilities both virtually and in person.
Facilitating communication with prospective clients – both verbally and in writing.
Representing the firm positively and professionally in the community and at industry events
Developing and implementing strategies and tactics with the UAE team for generating leads from different channels.
Developing and maintaining strategic relationships with clients and referrals as well as Financial Consultants.
Partnering with Fidelity Financial Consultants as the main point of contact for relationship development, referral introductions, and branch presentations.
Periodically conducting research and competitive analysis to stay apprised of current market changes and competitive trends
Identifying possible opportunities across all business sectors in United Arab Emirates.
Helping to identify and develop Canters of Influence (COI) in assigned territory.
Travel as necessary when safe to do so.
المهارات
Your Experience:
Four-year college degree (preferably in Finance, Business or Economics)
3-5 years of experience in a channel – Key account management / sales related role, preferably in financial services
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills
Ability to excel in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office ® applications required
Knowledge of Salesforce and Fidelity Wealth Advisor Solutions a plus
This role is considered full-time
